Bookkeeper – Goshen, IN
This opening with our client is expected to begin as a part-time temporary assignment with an anticipated duration of up to 6 months. Based on workload and overall fit, there may be potential for the role to grow into a permanent opportunity. The schedule is expected to fall within standard office hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a casual dress code. Pay will be based on experience.

Job Duties:
• Recording daily financial transactions accurately and timely
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Assisting with reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
• Preparing reports and supporting financial reporting needs
• Organizing accounting documentation and files
• Assisting with additional bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed
• Supporting the finance team with day-to-day accounting operations
Requirements:
• Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or related office experience preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Office programs
• Drug screen and background check required
