As a Bookkeeper at ComForCare, you will provide data entry functions and assist with the Agency invoicing process, ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll information, and prepare claims for submission as directed by the Administrator/designee. The Bookkeeper will also be part of our on-call rotation, answering phone calls outside of business hours.

- Minimum of one (1) year general office experience with some data entry
- Computer literate for functions of data entry and basic word processing.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and/or general medical background desirable.
- Accurate and detail-oriented approach to projects
- Sage billing software knowledge preferred.
- Competency in bookkeeping programs
- 25-30 Hrs/ Week
- Assist in client invoicing and third-party claim submission
- Post cash receipts
- Complete the accounts receivable billing and charge entry duties in a timely manner
- Process payroll for field staff timely and accurately
- Documents employee personnel changes
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and employee information
- On-Call Phone Duties After Hours (Additional Pay)
