Job Title: Part-Time Nonprofit Bookkeeper

Department: Finance & Administration

Reports To: Director of Finance & Administration

Employment Type: Part-Time (10-15 Hours Per Week)

Work Location: Hybrid; candidates must reside in the Jacksonville, FL area and be available for periodic on-site meetings and events.

Position Summary

The Part-Time Nonprofit Bookkeeper supports the financial operations of Seamark Ranch by maintaining accurate accounting records and assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping functions. This position is responsible for processing financial transactions, performing account reconciliations, maintaining fund accounting records, and supporting financial reporting and audit preparation. The ideal candidate will have strong QuickBooks Online experience, nonprofit bookkeeping experience, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. This role helps ensure responsible stewardship of organizational resources in support of Seamark Ranch's Christ-centered mission.
