General Definition of Work

The Bookkeeper provides financial, administrative, and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the school office. Responsibilities include managing financial transactions and records, processing deposits, invoices, purchase orders, and budget documents, maintaining accurate financial reports, and ensuring compliance with district policies and applicable regulations. The Bookkeeper also supports the principal, communicates with staff, families, and district offices, and helps maintain smooth daily school operations while handling confidential information with professionalism and accuracy.
