How You Can Make a Difference

• Process and reconcile daily cash deposits, petty cash, and safe funds.
• Balance and replenish registers and safes while ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.
• Create, verify, and coordinate change orders with banking partners and operational locations.
• Audit daily cash and media activity, identify discrepancies, and notify management as needed.
• Maintain accurate financial records and complete required bookkeeping documentation.
• Support operational leaders with reporting, recordkeeping, and administrative tasks.
• Assist with weekly cash audits and other internal control processes.
• Train and support associates on proper cash handling procedures when needed.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment while providing excellent internal customer service.

This role is critical to creating a restaurant environment where guests experience exceptional care, team members thrive, and operational excellence is sustained daily. Due to the demands of a high-volume airport environment, the General Manager is expected to maintain a flexible schedule and routinely work beyond a standard 40-hour workweek with additional hours as necessary to support operational demands, staffing needs, guest service expectations, and business objectives.
