Our client, Davara Enterprises Ltd., based in Kelowna, BC, is a well-established company with operations spanning real estate investment, property management, and private business holdings across a variety of industries. Known for their professionalism, operational excellence, and supportive culture, Davara provides centralized financial, administrative, and management support across their portfolio throughout the Okanagan region.

They are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will play an integral part in supporting the day-to-day accounting and administrative functions across multiple entities. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive wage in the range of $30–$35 per hour, plus a comprehensive extended health benefits package. The role has historically been successfully managed within a four-day work week; however, Davara is open to flexibility for the right candidate, including the potential for full-time hours depending on experience and organizational fit. This position is primarily office-based in Kelowna, with flexibility around scheduling and the potential for some hybrid work arrangements over time.
