Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or GED
College hours (preferred)
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Must have knowledge of bookkeeping and record keeping
Knowledge of computers, to include Excel and Word Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Experience:
Office experience required

Technical Skills, Responsibilities, and Duties |

Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Keep track of activity
- Keep monthly report of activity balance for administrator.
- Prepare quarterly reports.
- Receive and account for (fund raising and coke fund) monies.
- Bank deposits.
- Produce checks for payment for all activities.
- Balance checking account monthly.
- Issue purchase orders for materials, purchased through district budget.
- Make out purchase orders and submit for payment.
- Maintain activity and budget accounts on computer program.
- Keep a running balance of budget money for other district accounts.
- Submit phone campus log sheets monthly to business office.
- Order supplies and materials form Central Supply.
- Issue out Bus requests
- Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
