Who We're Looking For

We'd especially like to meet someone who has several years of bookkeeping and administrative experience and is looking for a stable, long-term position.

You should be comfortable with QuickBooks Online, Excel/Google Sheets, online banking, and modern productivity tools. More importantly, we're looking for someone who is trustworthy, discreet, organized, resourceful, proactive, and dependable.

This isn't a role where you'll sit and wait for instructions all day. We're looking for someone who notices what needs to be done, communicates well, follows through, and enjoys making someone else's business and personal life run more smoothly.

Experience supporting an executive, family office, real estate professional, property-management company, or small-business owner would be especially valuable.
