Salary Range: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).

Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and best practices.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

Process invoices, payroll, and expense reports.

Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.

Assist with financial statement preparation.

Manage client communications regarding billing and payments.

Support the accounting team with various financial tasks as needed.
