Bookkeeper of HOA and Community Associations

Abbitt Management, LLC, an equal opportunity employer, is seeking a dependable, qualified, professional Bookkeeper with a strong background in A/R and A/P to perform a wide range of bookkeeping activities for the Community Association Department.

• We are in search of an initiative-taking candidate with the following qualities and abilities:

  • Work with minimal supervision.
  • Work well with others and interact positively with owners, co-workers, and vendors.
  • Highly effective communicator; in both verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize assignments.
  • Ability to maintain accurate account ledgers and account reconciliation in real-time.
•  Qualifications:
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency with Yardi Voyager property management software is a plus.
  • Experience with year-end accounting, to include 1099 process with I&E statements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must maintain ambitious standards and good customer relations.
  • Must have experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
