BOOKKEEPER

Currently seeking a fully remote accountant to handle basic accounts payables and accounts receivable functions. This position is a direct hire job and is fully remote. Quality of life and work life balance are the play here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform general ledger (GL) entries and bank reconciliations
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Process payroll ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Generate and track commission reports based on performance metrics
• Maintain and reconcile all balance sheet accounts
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial records
• Work with CPA for annual tax filings and audits as needed
• Close the books accurately and on time each month

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or similar accounting role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with Paychex or similar payroll processing systems
• Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
