About Us
Midas Toronto is a busy and established automotive repair shop serving the Toronto community since 1989. We are seeking
an experienced independent contractor to provide bookkeeping support for our busy automotive repair shop in Toronto.
Responsibilities
• QuickBooks Online bookkeeping
• Bank reconciliation
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Payroll support and record keeping
• HST preparation and reporting
• Monthly financial reporting
• General bookkeeping and office accounting duties
Requirements
• Previous bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Experience in the automotive industry is an asset but not required
Schedule
• Flexible schedule.Hours will vary base on business needs.
• On-site visits as required
Compensation
• Competitive compensation based on experience
