Main Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and provide customer service
- Handle deposit
- Create invoices and receive
- Enter accounts payable and keep up with accounts payable due
- File sales tax
- Balance the budget and help with audits and tax forms
- Other office duties
Requirements:
- Must have experience maintaining bank records
- Associate degree in business, accounting, or a similar field
- Experience in office work and accounting
- Pass a background check
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Pay: $16.00 to $18.00 (Based on Experience)
