What you’ll do:

Access and manage the client’s QuickBooks account.

Categorize expenses for a multi-year project, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Collaborate with the client to define and organize expense categories.

Review historical financial data and ensure proper classification of transactions.

Maintain organized and up-to-date bookkeeping records.

Support improvements in expense tracking and financial organization processes.
What you must have:
-
A degree in Accounting or a related field.

3+ years of proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

An advanced English level.

Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and expense categorization.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
A great plus:

Experience working with construction-related projects.
-
Familiarity with construction expense categories and cost structures.

Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients.
