Arkansas Talent Group is working with a premier manufacturer in Little Rock, AR to hire a Bookkeeper supporting day-to-day accounting operations. This role will report directly to the CFO and focus on transactional accounting, reconciliations, and general accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable processing, including invoice entry and payment coordination
• Complete bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis
• Prepare and organize data to support sales and use tax reporting
• Maintain and update financial data in QuickBooks
• Generate reports and summaries to support leadership visibility
• Support general ledger accuracy and overall data integrity

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• QuickBooks experience required
• Manufacturing experience a plus
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
