Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Summary: Genesis Global Group (GGG) is a consortium of entities and institutes in the fields of molecular biology, medicinal chemistry, and biotechnology. We are looking for a full charge bookkeeper to join our rapid growing team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, must be organize and multi-tasking, have ability to reconcile account, prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets.

Essential Functions:

Process accounts receivable and payable for all departments Input invoices and process payments Record day to day financial transaction and complete posting process Reconcile monthly expense reports Reconcile bank statements for all departments and companies Monthly Owner distribution reconciliation Maintain various Excel files Assist with preparing financial statements and report on variances Other projects as assigned

Job Qualifications:

Strong Microsoft Office skills required. Knowledge of Sage 100 & 1099s Filing is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with multi-tasking skills. Strong team player Strong interpersonal skills.
