U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Billing Specialist who brings a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to think critically. In this role, you will be responsible for handling confidential information and performing both routine and advanced billing functions with a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create automated and/or manual invoices for record requests
• Ensure final bills are submitted to clients and properly posted in the accounting system
• Process and distribute a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Research and communicate issues related to client requests or billing discrepancies
• Reconcile invoices submitted through client billing portals and resubmit rejected or inaccurate invoices

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of billing experience working directly with clients (medical billing preferred)
• Experience setting rates and creating rate tables
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage and protect confidential and sensitive account information
