About the role.

As the first point of contact for all billing and account related inquiries, our Billing Specialists develop strong relationships with our customers and strive to make them successful in every interaction. Working in Salesforce, you will monitor open cases, respond to calls and emails, and proactively connect with customers to foster and maintain value-driven relationships.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm EST.

Compensation: $ 43,000-46,000 CAD

Location: Ottawa. This is an in-office hybrid position – with the potential to work remotely 2-3 days a week- we want you to be in the middle of all the action!
