Job Title: Billing Specialist

Location: Thorofare, NJ

Compensation: $20–$25 per hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire, On-Site

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Job Summary:
Our Client in Thorofare, NJ is seeking a Billing Specialist to handle billing and invoicing for construction projects. This is a temp-to-hire position offering $20-$25/hour starting ASAP.

Responsibilities:

Perform billing and invoicing for construction projects
Prepare, review, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain billing records and documentation
Work within billing software, including Foundations
Assist with general billing and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous billing or invoicing experience required
Experience with billing or accounting software preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work on-site full-time
Reliable and able to start ASAP
