Billing Specialist - Full Time - Onsite

Sagis Diagnostics is looking to hire a Full-Time Billing Specialiit to work Houston Texas. 77092

• Day Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Key Responsibilities

 Reviewing billing queues for missing patient demographics and insurance details 

· Contact referring physician offices to obtain missing data (e.g., insurance, address, DOB)

· Update billing systems with accurate patient information

·  Collaborate with coding and billing teams to ensure claims are complete and compliant

Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail 

· Fast learner with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

· Excellent communication skills, especially when working with physician offices

· Comfortable navigating EHR systems and billing platforms

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Team-oriented with a proactive mindset

1–2 years in medical billing, preferably in pathology or laboratory services

Experience working with insurance verification and claim corrections
