Billing Specialist

Are you passionate about making a difference behind the scenes in healthcare? As a Billing Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our mission to provide high-quality, compassionate healthcare to everyone in our community—regardless of their ability to pay.

In this role, you'll ensure the accurate and timely processing of medical claims, insurance billing, payment posting, and account reconciliation while helping maintain the financial health of our organization. Working closely with providers, patients, and insurance partners, you'll help remove financial barriers to care by ensuring billing is handled with accuracy, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with behavioral health billing preferred.
• Experience with practice management software preferred.

Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week on average. Clinic hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday. This position may be scheduled to work any of the days the clinic is open (Monday through Saturday - including holidays) and is scheduled to arrive 15 minutes prior to opening and scheduled to leave one hour after closing.
