Reporting to the Vice President and Office Leader, Consulting, Ottawa, the Benefits Analyst will provide group benefits consulting support, including design and financial management for existing medium and large clients and prospects of the Coughlin Ottawa Benefit Solutions accounts. The Benefits Analyst will work closely with internal teams, interface with vendors, support client deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met.

The base salary for this position is between $50,000 - $69,000 annually.

This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
