What We Offer

The City and County of Denver offers a competitive salary commensurate with education and experience. The salary range for this position is $63,679.00 - $84,375.00/year, based on experience and education.  We also offer generous benefits for full-time employees which include but are not limited to:

Location

The Office of Human Resources within the City and County of Denver utilizes a hybrid model workplace that balances the responsibilities of public service with the benefits of a flexible work environment. Employees work where needed, at a city site and/or in the field three days a week and telecommute remotely at a designated workplace within the State of Colorado the remaining days. The mandatory in office day is Monday, and core business hours are between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.

What You’ll Do

The Office of Human Resources (OHR) is seeking a customer-service focused Benefits Analyst to join our team.

The Benefits Analyst is responsible for all benefit administration functions for the employee population within the City and County of Denver. Denver currently offers a generous benefit package to over 13,000 employees and their 20,000 dependents. In this position, you would join a team of four other Benefit Analysts and two Wellness Program Analysts. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in starting or growing their career in benefits administration.
