POSITION SUMMARY:

The AVP, Global Mobility Tax & Compliance Manager leads the international tax compliance and advisory for our globally mobile workforce. This role ensures compliance with global payroll tax regulations and manages expatriate taxation while driving continuous process improvement and automation initiatives. You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Tax and external advisors to deliver compliant, efficient, and employee-focused solutions. This position combines deep tax expertise with a commitment to operational excellence and leveraging emerging technologies—including AI and automation tools—to transform how we manage global mobility.

The full-time base salary range for this position is $160,000-$180,000 per year; base salary offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position is eligible for bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.  This information is provided per the New York City Human Rights Law and applies only to positions in New York City.
