We are excited to announce a rare opportunity to join the Galloway Family of Dealerships' accounting department. Our dealerships include Sam Galloway Ford, Sam Galloway Lincoln and Coconut Point Ford. We are currently seeking an experienced ADP payroll clerk to join our team. ADP payroll experience is required for this job role. We offer competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package and promote a positive work-life balance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process payroll in a timely manner- Understand the commissioned pay and bonus structures of pay plans- Process benefit invoices- Communicate effectively with managers- Administrate employee benefits- Process EOM and EOY reporting- Additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- ADP Automotive Payroll Experience required- Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite Experience- Ability to handle confidential information- Team player attitude- Prompt and courteous- Enthusiastic personality- Must have strong computer skills- Must be organized, detailed-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay will be based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Pre-employment background screenings are required. Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
