Razzari Ford is seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team in Merced, California.

What You'll Do
- Present finance and protection product options to customers in a professional, transparent, and customer-focused manner.
- Secure financing through a network of lenders while obtaining competitive approvals and terms.
- Maximize F&I profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Ensure all finance contracts, paperwork, and transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
- Present vehicle service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, vehicle tracking system, and other aftermarket products.
- Review and verify all deal documentation before funding.
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to ensure a smooth customer experience from vehicle selection through delivery.
- Monitor funding and contract-in-transit schedules to ensure timely processing.
- Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience is REQUIRED.
- Proven track record of strong product penetration and finance performance.
- Experience with prime, subprime, and special finance lending.
- Thorough understanding of dealership compliance, federal regulations, and lender guidelines.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred
- Experience with Ford dealerships or franchise automotive stores.
- Knowledge of Dealertrack, RouteOne, and VinSolutions CRM.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation
$10,000 - $15,000+ Per Month
Compensation includes a competitive salary plus commission structure. Top performers have the opportunity to exceed stated earnings.
