Curry Honda is seeking an experienced, results-driven Automotive Finance Manager to join our high-performing dealership team. If you are a finance professional with a proven track record of maximizing profitability, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining compliance, we want to hear from you.

As our Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in helping customers secure vehicle financing while presenting protection products that enhance ownership and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and secure vehicle financing through lender relationships.

• Present finance and insurance products to customers professionally and ethically.

• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations.

• Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth deal flow and timely funding.

• Maintain lender approvals and documentation accuracy.

• Achieve monthly production and product penetration goals.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from delivery to funding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of dealership F&I operations, lender programs, and compliance requirements.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production goals.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, RouteOne, Dealertrack experience preferred.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
