<\/p>EasyCare, a leading provider of F&I products, dealership development, and performance solutions, is conducting a confidential search on behalf of several top dealership clients in the St. Louis market for experienced Automotive Finance Managers.<\/span>
<\/div>

<\/p>These opportunities are with well -established dealer groups seeking high -performing professionals who understand the importance of compliance, customer experience, profitability, and operational efficiency within the Finance & Insurance department.<\/span>
<\/div>

<\/p>This is not an entry -level position. Only candidates with prior Automotive F&I Management experience will be considered.<\/span>

<\/p>Responsibilities<\/u><\/b><\/span>
<\/div>

• Present and sell finance and insurance products in a professional and ethical manner<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Structure finance deals and secure approvals with lending institutions<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Deliver a high -level customer experience throughout the delivery process<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Maintain strong product knowledge and lender relationships<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Accurately complete funding and contract documentation<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Work closely with sales management and dealership personnel to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Utilize eContracting platforms and dealership technology efficiently<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
  <\/div><\/span>

  • Prior Automotive Finance Manager experience required<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship -building skills<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Highly organized and detail oriented<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Experience with major DMS platforms and eContracting systems<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Strong understanding of automotive compliance and menu selling processes<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Professional appearance and communication skills<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Stable work history and strong references preferred<\/span>
