Responsibilities:<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

• Structure, present, and secure financing and insurance options for customers.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Build strong lender relationships and maintain compliance with all regulations.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Oversee deal structures, review paperwork, and ensure accuracy and compliance.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Drive profitability through effective sales strategies, F&I product penetration, and customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Collaborate with ownership/management to establish best practices and implement dealership processes.<\/span><\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  Qualifications:<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/p>

  • Proven experience in Automotive Finance Management (at least 3–5 years preferred).<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong knowledge of Automotive Financing, Leasing, and F&I products.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Knowledge of dealership CRM and DMS systems a plus.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Must be self -motivated, goal -driven, and customer -focused.<\/span><\/span>
