The Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) is a key player in delivering a seamless, trustworthy, and profitable buying experience. You’ll guide customers through financing options, protect their investment with the right products, and work closely with lenders to secure approvals that benefit both the customer and the dealership. What You’ll Do:
- Present financing options, aftermarket products, and service agreements
- Accurately process finance and lease deals
- Secure lender approvals while ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Train sales staff on finance programs and benefits
- Monitor contracts in transit to maintain cash flow
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Strong focus on profitability, expense control, and customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
