Our Chapman Hyundai of Phoenix location is hiring an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with customers, lenders, management, and the sales team to secure financing solutions and deliver an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a motivated, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates integrity, urgency, accountability, and professionalism under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle financing and present protection products and ownership enhancements
- Structure and finalize deals for maximum profitability and compliance
- Maintain strong communication with sales staff, lenders, management, and customers throughout the deal process
- Handle approvals, funding requirements, and follow-up with urgency and accuracty
- Ensure all transactions comply with dealership, lender, state, and federal guidelines
- Support smooth deal flow and operational efficiency through teamwork and accountability
- Maintain timely funding and accurate completion of all contracts
Qualifications
- Automotive Finance Manager experience required
- Strong knowledge of factory programs, incentives, inventory, and dealership operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Committed to customer satisfaction, positive CSI results, and team collaboration
- Must have valid Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
