Automotive Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk

Pay: $32.00 per hour+

Capitol Nissan Infiniti is looking for an experienced Automotive Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team. If you have previous dealership accounting experience and are proficient with CDK Drive, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Process dealership accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Post payments and deposits accurately
• Process invoices and maintain vendor files
• Prepare and process customer refunds
• Reconcile schedules and general ledger accounts
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
• Work closely with management and other dealership departments
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership accounting experience is required
• CDK Drive experience is required
• Previous AP/AR experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
