Position Summary
Acura of Bellevue is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Automotive Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist to join our accounting team. This position is responsible for processing vendor invoices, managing accounts payable functions, assisting with payroll, maintaining accurate records, and supporting dealership accounting operations.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, accuracy with numbers, and experience working in a dealership or automotive accounting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and supporting documentation.
Prepare and process accounts payable checks and electronic payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain organized accounts payable records and files.
Assist with payroll processing, including reviewing timecards, commissions, deductions, and employee payroll information.
Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on schedule.
Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and personnel information.
Communicate with vendors, managers, and employees regarding payment and payroll questions.
Assist with month-end accounting tasks and reporting as needed.
Support the accounting office with additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Previous accounts payable and/or payroll experience required.
Automotive dealership accounting experience strongly preferred.
Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
