Job Details
- Salary: $18 to $22 per hour
- Job Type: Full Time
- Location: Phillipsburg, NJ 08865
Responsibilities
- Enter and review invoices, vouchers, and payment requests accurately
- Resolve account-related discrepancies and issues with vendors
- Balance statements and finalize financial data
- Process accounts payable invoices and issues reimbursement checks
- Match checks to invoices after each check run cycle
- Post, enter, and reconcile transaction batches
- Prepare accounts for payments and verify data integrity
- Maintain filing systems and document organization
- Serve as cashier and provide backup receptionist support during breaks if needed
- Break down and cost vehicle deals
- Handle daily deposits and post accounts payable/receivables
- Manage billing for deals, swaps, and wholesales

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership or similar environment required
- Demonstrated ability to balance large volume accounts
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Adaptable, fast learner able to thrive in a demanding environment
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including background check, motor vehicle report, and valid driver’s license verification
