SUMMARY
A Car Biller manages the flow of car deals, vehicle receivables and payables, contracts, sales commissions, and vehicle payoffs through the accounting office while promoting our core values. Purpose Driven; Customer Obsessed; Team Oriented; Good People.

PAY
- $22 � 25 an hour DOE
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Verify and post car deals daily to accounting.
- Verify sales consultant commission on each deal.
- Post EFT fundings daily.
- Pay off bank flooring daily.
- Audit deals for WA state compliance laws.
- Verify payment and proper receipt of payment on all deals before posting car deals.
- Reconcile accounting schedules such as: rebates, new/used inventory, contracts in transit, lender reserves, factory incentives, we-owe, and vehicle AR/AP.
- Maintain car deal files/ scanning documents as needed.
- Complete deadlines by the second working day of the month for month end close out.
- Communicate via email, teams, phone in a friendly and personable manner, responding to inquiries promptly.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Maintain a neat and organized work area.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Manage and oversee your processes.
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Basic accounting and understanding skills required.
- Proficient computer skills, MS Office (especially Excel)
- Must be highly organized.
