Description
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Associate to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive dealership experience and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions that include daily detailed processes from start to finish.
- Posting deals with precision, accuracy, and efficiency
- Reception with a professional, pleasant, and accommodating demeanor at all times
- Cashiering with a strong attention to detail
- Maintain accurate and confidential files and support monthly accounting reconciliations
- Daily deposits
- Titling
- Dealer trades
- Handle finance product remittances and cancellations (Service Contracts, GAP, etc.)
Requirements
- Automotive dealership accounting experience required
- Proficient in dealership management systems (CDK preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Regular and predictable attendance is required for this position.
- Availability to work retail hours including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary
$19-$22 per hour
