What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and execute nonprofit audits, including planning, fieldwork, and wrap‑up
• Work directly with nonprofit clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact
• Prepare and review audit documentation, financial statements, and related reports
• Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support throughout engagements
• Collaborate closely with partners and managers—no layers of red tape
• Help improve audit processes and contribute ideas in a firm that values input

What Our Client Is Looking For

• 3–6 years of public accounting audit experience
• Nonprofit audit experience required
• Strong understanding of GAAP and nonprofit financial reporting
• Comfortable leading engagements and interacting directly with clients
• Team‑oriented, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
• CPA license or progress toward CPA preferred
