The professionals who thrive here tend to: For Success This role is well suited for Audit Seniors who have built a strong foundation in public accounting and are ready for greater responsibility, visibility, and opportunity. A background in financial statement audits, audit planning, risk assessment, and preparing or reviewing workpapers in accordance with U.S. GAAP will translate well into the position. Experience serving Not-for-Profit organizations, Affordable Housing clients, LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development, or other compliance-driven environments is especially valuable. The professionals who tend to excel in this role combine strong technical skills with excellent communication, sound judgment, an ownership mindset, and a genuine desire to build trusted relationships with both clients and teammates.
