Job Title: Audit Senior Manager - Technology & Professional Services
Location: New York City, NY
Base Salary: $160,000 to $220,000 +Best-in-class Benefits
JD:

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Audit, Senior Manager specializing in the technology and professional services sectors to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the audit process for technology and services clients (including professional services, pr advertising and digital media, etc), ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the technology and professional services industries.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute audit engagements for technology and professional services clients.
• Develop comprehensive audit plans, including risk assessment, and audit objectives.
• Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for the audit process.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, regulations, and developments in the technology and services sectors.
• Apply industry-specific knowledge to assess clients' business processes, risks, and controls effectively.
• Conduct detailed audit testing and document findings.
• Review workpapers and reports prepared by audit team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology and services clients.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to clients.
• Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure audits are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports, highlighting findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients to develop action plans based on audit results

Qualifications:
    Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.\

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in auditing, with a focus on technology and professional services clients.
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations, accounting principles, and auditing standards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
