A Day in the Life
The Manager is responsible for the management of their areas of specialty. They have responsibility for overseeing completion of year-end compilations, manages audits, and other complex accounting projects. The Manager is proficient in related specialty area(s) of the accounting function, quality control and JCCS committee and/or team responsibilities.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Manages area or department of accounting specialization.
- Manages complex audit and accounting engagements, as well as billing.
- Trains, delegates, supervises, and reviews engagement activities of lower-level staff.
- Takes responsibility for quality control issues.
- Uses expertise to serve on JCCS committees and lead JCCS teams.
- Attends training and keeps up to date with industry, state and federal, and IRS changes.
- May help provide transactional support for CAS team as well as coordinate delivery of services.
- Contributes significantly to marketing activities that bring in their own clients and participates in promoting new Firm services.
- Performs other duties, responsibilities and activities as assigned.

To Qualify:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university.
- Licensed CPA by the Montana State Board of Public Accountants
- 5+ years' experience in public or private accounting.
