Job Description

• Lead and execute audit engagements for clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.

• Professionally engage with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and video conferences to understand their needs, address concerns, and deliver exceptional service.

• Apply knowledge of job costing and construction accounting principles to support clients in the construction industry.

• Work collaboratively with team members to complete assignments efficiently and effectively.

• Independently solve complex problems while knowing when to seek assistance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Assist clients and fellow team members in solving problems and streamlining processes to enhance productivity.

Key Qualifications

• Current CPA licensure is preferred.

• 2+ years of audit experience in public accounting with a reputable firm.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.

• Familiarity with job costing and construction accounting concepts.

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of client interactions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a willingness to seek assistance when needed.

• Dedication to helping clients and team members succeed.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements and professional development.
