Attorney (Tax)

SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for a Tax Attorney.
The candidate must have:

• experience working on a variety of commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, partnerships and corporate finance transactions, both domestic and cross border.
• Strong academics from a tier 1/2 school is required. 
• Large law firm experience is preferred.
