A growing organization is seeking an Associate Tax Director to join its corporate tax team.

This position offers broad exposure across tax accounting, compliance, reporting, research, planning, audits, and special projects while working closely with senior tax leadership. The individual will play a key role in supporting income tax provision processes, tax compliance, financial reporting requirements, tax planning initiatives, and responses to taxing authorities.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in corporate taxation, tax accounting, and income tax provision work. A combination of public accounting and corporate tax experience is highly desirable, although candidates coming directly from public accounting with relevant tax accounting and ASC 740 experience will also be considered.

This opportunity is well-suited for a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager seeking broader responsibility, increased visibility, and a long-term path toward tax leadership within a stable and well-established organization.

Qualifications:

• CPA required

• 7+ years of progressive tax experience

• Experience with tax accounting, income tax provisions, and corporate tax compliance

• ASC 740 experience preferred

• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
