Associate - Flagship Fund Strategy

A top-tier and well-respected global investment management is looking for an Associate supporting one of the firm’s flagship, rapidly scaling fund strategies. This is the type of seat that doesn’t come around often — a chance to operate inside a complex fund structure while working directly with cross-functional leadership.

150-$165K Total Comp (base + full annual bonus)

Hybrid 3 days/week in office

Scope:

• Drive key components of the month-end close and NAV process across a multi-entity structure
• Partner on investment funding, deal setup, and ongoing fund operations
• Support investor reporting, financials, and performance analytics
• Review third-party administrator work and maintain a high bar for accuracy
• Collaborate across Operations, Tax, Legal, Technology, and Front Office teams
• Take ownership of ad hoc initiatives tied to scale, automation, and efficiency

Qualifications:

• CPA with 3–5 years of experience (large public accounting firm, Big 4 preferred, with financial services clients)
• Strong command of U.S. GAAP and fund structures
• Exposure to fee calculations / carry waterfalls is a plus
• Advanced Excel; experience with Alteryx, Anaplan, Power BI is a plus
• High attention to detail, but more importantly — intellectual curiosity and ownership mindset
