Associate Financial Analyst, Accounts Payable

The Associate Financial Analyst is a member of Accounts Payable organization.  The key responsibilities for this position include supporting the Supplier Confirmed Receivables (SCR) processes, supporting the Single Use Account (SUA) program, and backing up multiple other key Accounts Payable functions within the group.  This position is designed for a high performing individual who has the desire and capacity to drive change and support the Accounts Payable organization. 

• Support the Supplier Confirmed Receivables (SCR) platform by compiling data, making appropriate updates, conducting annual reviews and coordinating with the appropriate teams
• Support the Single Use Account (SUA) payment method platform
• Support the corporate SAP implementation project by engaging in design, process documentation and testing
• Support special projects and requests
• Support internal compliance reviews

• Bachelor's Degree 
• 1-3 Years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Well organized with high attention to detail; strong initiative; self-starter
• Inquisitive and eager to learn
• Possesses strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
