Job Title: S&OP Associate Finance Manager
Scope: Permanent/Full Time
Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ

THE ROLE:
The Associate Finance Manager – S&OP will support the coordination and execution of the financial planning process across the US Ice Cream business.
This role plays a critical role as the owner of financial data integrity within the planning systems—ensuring that the P&L accurately reflects business assumptions, inputs, and decisions. The Associate Finance Manager will validate that system entries, outputs, and reporting align with expected financial outcomes, as this serves as the foundation for all S&OP discussions and decision-making.
The S&OP space is accountable for bridging P&L movements across forecast, actuals, and planning cycles, while providing clear insights, identifying risks/opportunities, and supporting value creation actions to deliver business targets. This role truly exposes you to most areas of the business in which you will partner with Finance Business Partners, Brand teams, Customer Analytics and Supply Chain to ensure strong integration across the S&OP process and enable high-quality decision making.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Own financial integrity of the plan within planning systems
• Ensure the P&L in planning systems accurately reflects business assumptions, inputs, and decisions
• Validate that system outputs reconcile to expected results and serve as a reliable foundation for S&OP discussions
Lead monthly forecasting & performance tracking
• Coordinate forecast cycles and bridge changes across Actuals, Forecast, and prior outlook
• Provide clear visibility to key drivers, risks, and opportunities
Drive S&OP financial integration
• Align Demand, Supply, and Financial plans to ensure a single, consistent view of performance
• Support preparation of financial content for S&OP and leadership forums
Partner to deliver business outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Customer Analytics and Supply Chain to challenge assumptions and improve plans
• Support identification and tracking of actions to close gaps and improve profitability
Continuously improve processes & tools
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and enhance forecasting and reporting processes
• Support system and digital transformation initiatives

Ideal Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, business partnering, or financial planning
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify and clearly articulate insights
• Experience working cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong attention to detail combined with a big-picture mindset
• Experience with financial/planning systems (e.g., Power BI, AFO, PBCS, Tagetik) preferred

WHAT YOU'LL GET:

Alongside meaningful work and strong development, we offer a reward package that typically includes:

Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. 

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
