This role partners with Sales, Customer Development, Customer Support, Finance, Collect, and third-party providers to protect operational results, clarify ownership, and keep critical work moving during change.

Success in This Role Will Look Like

· Stable daily operations with clear ownership, escalation paths, and service continuity.

· Claims, deductions, repayments, and cash-on-account activity prioritized and moving toward resolution.

· Partner performance gaps, aging risks, and recurring issue themes surfaced with clear actions.

· Aging reduction, backlog movement, SLA adherence, and resolution velocity are visible and improving.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Lead the daily operating rhythm, including workflow prioritization, aging review, issue escalation, and follow-through to closure.

· Manage third-party partner performance, service stability, issue resolution, and risk communication.

· Partner cross-functionally to resolve claims-related activity accurately, efficiently, and with clear ownership.

· Monitor aging, backlog, SLA adherence, escalation cycle time, resolution velocity, and transition readiness.

· Identify recurring issues, root cause indicators, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.

· Document open risks, ownership gaps, decision points, and transition learnings to support handoff and stabilization.

· Support audit readiness, process documentation, standard operating procedures, escalation paths, and transition handoffs to maintain operational stability.

· Drive continuous improvement opportunities by identifying manual work, recurring issues, root causes, and opportunities for automation or process simplification.

Challenges

· Maintain service stability while roles, responsibilities, and partner ways of working are changing.

· Manage high-volume claims and deductions while prioritizing aged or high-risk items.

· Influence stakeholders when ownership, decision rights, or priorities are unclear.

Why This Role Matters

· Experience working with third-party partners, shared services, or external providers to clarify ownership and resolve issues.

· Strong analytical skills with ability to use aging, balances, trends, metrics, and root causes to identify risks and drive action.

· Proficiency with reporting, dashboards, workflow tools, ERP, claims, deduction, or operational systems.

· Clear communication skills with ability to provide concise updates, escalate risks, and influence stakeholders.

· Experience supporting transformation, transition, or organizational change while maintaining business continuity and service performance.

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work through ambiguity, identify root causes, remove barriers, and drive issues to resolution.
