JOB PURPOSE:
This role will be responsible for end-to-end finance support including coordinating sales & operations planning, month end close validations and providing financial decision support for brand building activities for US Ice Cream. The individual will play a lead role in the development of operating plans, the monitoring of performance against objectives, the evaluation of business opportunities, Zero Based Budgeting, pricing, and cost management initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide financial counsel to Brand Teams, taking a holistic view of plans and performance, and advising on action plans to meet financial objectives.
• Business partner with marketing, sales and supply chain to align on a monthly forecast.
• Financial lead for all business plans and updates, evaluating alternatives, challenging assumptions, and ensuring plans are aligned with brand and category strategy.
• Utilize best practice tools to evaluate business performance, quantify business risk/opportunity profile, and contribute to the development of plans to exploit opportunities or close gaps. (Zero based budgeting, demand unit/SKU productivity, Pricing, Promotional Packs, Brand led Cost savings).
• Ensure Marketing Budgets & Overheads are appropriately maintained.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Bachelors degree required.
- 10+ years of relevant finance and business experience required.
- Experience in 1 – 3 core finance areas (Brand, Supply Chain, Customer & Channel Development, Planning & Analysis, Controllers) preferred.
- Performance Reporting & Business Planning
- Decision support and Ad hoc evaluation
- Internal controls & Project Management

Pay: The pay range for this position is $146,200 to $219,400. The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
