Position Summary

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate is responsible for generating and sending invoices, processing and recording customer payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and reconcile account discrepancies to ensure steady cash flow and minimize bad debt. The AR Associate will also manage customer disputes, account reconciliations, and serve as a liaison with internal and external business partners. The AR Associate should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, multitask and be a strong communicator, both written and verbally, as he or she frequently deals with Customers and other departments.
