Job Summary
A full-time faculty position, at the Assistant or Associate professor level, in Accounting starting August, 2026. The faculty member will teach in the Department of Business.
Primary Responsibilities
- Teach a full course-load in undergraduate accounting including Cost Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Individual and Corporate Tax Accounting, and Auditing
- Assist Advisees in registering for courses and serve on committees as assigned.
- Provide ongoing consultation to the Registrar’s Office regarding student placement and course transfer equivalencies.
- Maintain ongoing assessment of the Business major and of the service courses in accounting in consultation with other disciplinary areas and the General Education program.

- An earned Masters in Accounting, MBA or higher. CPA preferred.
- Demonstrate an active and growing Christian faith
- Commitment to a Christian liberal arts education with an ability to integrate faith in the discipline in an engaging and compelling manner
- Possess collaborative skills to work with colleagues across the Business Department and throughout the university.
Salary/Benefits
The University offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and retirement plans, a tuition waiver program, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth. Salary range: $55,000 - $70,000, with room for negotiations. Rank and salary based on qualifications, education, and work experience.
